Bryan is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm. Bryan spends much of his time developing ideas that will help move Benefit Associates' clients forward in the corporate benefit arena, focusing on consumerism, education, market accountability and comprehensive integration of client objectives. He works with a handful of key clients directly in order to maintain a pulse on requirements and objectives. In this manner, Benefit Associates develops new ideas that closely connect with client needs.
Bryan started his career as a consultant for self-funded plans, working for a national third party administrator at its Indiana office. He has taken that experience of designing unique health care programs to meet varying client objectives and has built a comprehensive benefit consulting firm that does just that builds uniquely for each client.
Bryan currently serves on the Advisory Board for UnitedHealthcare of Indiana and has previously served that same role for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Indiana. Bryan also currently serves on the national Advisory Board of Directors for NFP Benefits, an NYSE corporate benefit aggregator, of which Benefit Associates is a member firm. Community interests include charitable work for BehaviorCorp Capital Campaign, The Oaks Academy, and other local interests.
Bryan attended Butler University in Indianapolis, where he graduated cum laude with degrees in public and corporate communications and journalism, with a concentration in public relations. He has also earned the designation Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) from American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
