Pam is responsible for new business development for Benefit Associates. She has extensive experience in the benefits industry from the employer side. That, plus her strong process improvement and organizational development skills, means Pam plays an integral role on the management team and in driving the growth of the business.
Prior to joining Benefit Associates, Pam was the director of human resources for Haverstick Consulting, Inc. She has more than twelve years of professional experience in various industries with the last six years focused on the information technology industry. Prior to her tenure at Haverstick, she was an independent HR consultant with clients in the wireless and aviation industries as well as several not-for-profit organizations.
