Emily previously worked with UnitedHealthGroup-Spectera, assisting with inside sales and overall group servicing of clients. She has industry experience in areas ranging from vision and dental insurance to the automotive industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Purdue University. |

Shelly is front desk receptionist and hostess to the external and internal client. This role encompass taking care of daily office needs, coordinating schedules and appointments, a variety of inter-office projects, and maintaining and improving the affable, professional presentation of Benefit Associates that we are celebrated for.
Prior to joining Benefit Associates, Shelly worked for one of the Big Four accounting firms where her responsibilities included the daily management of multiple daily valued retirement plans. She attended Indiana State University. |

Laura leads the account management team where she provides leadership and directs projects, ensuring customer satisfaction at multiple levels. She coordinates plan details to facilitate seamless communication among carriers, employers, and employees. Her experience in program implementation, development, and detail identification helps her serve Benefit Associates’ clients alongside the lead consultants and service teams.
Prior to joining the company, Laura worked with Principal Wellness Company as a screening specialist, wellness coach, and as an account executive. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in dietetics and nutrition/fitness/health.

Before joining Benefit Associates, Andrew worked with Associated Banc-Corp as a business analyst on the corporate support team. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. |
