Bridget is responsible for the development of communication strategies for Benefit Associates’ clients. In addition to overseeing annual benefit education, she works with clients and their employees on projects such as newsletters, focus groups, surveys and total benefit statements. Bridget is an integral member of the leadership team, striving to continuously deliver creative and innovative products to our client base.
Prior to joining Benefit Associates, Bridget worked for various third party administrators in the Indianapolis area where she specialized in claims review and customer satisfaction, including six years with Intercontinental Corporation, a worldwide travel insurance plan administrator. There Bridget served many roles, from provider relations coordinator to customer service supervisor.
Bridget brings a tremendous amount of resources to the table based on her prior experiences within a claims environment to the development of a customer service team and claims payment system.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing from Marian College.
