Becky, a strategic partner of Benefit Associates since 2002, has 14 years of benefit experience in all lines of coverage- fully insured, self-funded, and ancillary lines. She is responsible for plan design, marketing and financial strategies, and vendor negotiations. Becky maintains a "hands-on" approach with her clients, assisting in day-to-day service and maintenance, implementation, and employee education.
She is a cum laude graduate of Marian College in Indianapolis with a BS in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to becoming a benefit consultant, Becky was an accountant with Ernst & Young where she gained invaluable experience in all aspects of business planning and development. This affords her a unique opportunity and perspective on business management that she has been able to put to good use in assisting employers with benefit design and strategy.
