Amy began her career at Benefit Associates as office manager in 2001. Her primary focus since that time has been the development and management of the internal operations of the business, including financial, human resources, and ongoing development and implementation of initiatives related to office management, marketing and technology. Amy has also served as client manager and this experience has been invaluable in her current role as chief operating officer and as a member of the management team where she is creating and building the platforms to accommodate Benefit Associates' continued growth.
Amy attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in speech communications, with an emphasis in organizational communications. She continued her studies in the Butler University MBA program.
